Our Access Statement

We have level access through the front door.  However, all our bedrooms are upstairs using a narrow and winding staircase which means we are unable to take guests who are confined to a wheelchair.

We are happy to take guests who are visually or hearing impaired and are always happy to discuss your requirements.  Please call us if you require any further information.

A fire risk assessment has also been carried out.

 

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All accommodation prices are per room, per night based on two guests sharing and include a full English or continental breakfast and all taxes.

Reservations should be confirmed at the time of booking with credit card details (we do not charge the card).  We also need full name and address of the card holder and a contact telephone number.  We usually request an arrival time and usually ask that check-in time is confirmed by telephone the day before arrival. Unconfirmed reservations may be cancelled by us without notice.

For cancellation of accommodation within 3 days of the due date of arrival, a charge of one night’s stay will be made unless we are able to re-let the room at the full price. Please be aware that should you fail to arrive, you will be charged.

Major credit cards are accepted (except Amex and Diners). 

Check-in from 2.00 p.m. Check-out by 10.30 a.m.  We do not accept check-in after 7.00 p.m. unless by prior arrangement. 

We are sorry but we are unable to accommodate pets.
